  Was told our order was going to be 1 hr, called back 2 hrs later and they acted like waiting that long was no big deal and then asked if we still wanted our order.

  I have had two bad experiences here in less than a week. First went in and ordered in pwrson told 30 min wait so walked around for 30 mins to come back and be told my order was "forgotten".got a refund and wasnt given convinced not to. Second time i went and picked up an order to have the manager tell me that the wording of a deal was misread even though the special wording was misreading. Took it home and it was completely undercooked and gross. Wouldnt suggest this place to anyone

  Ordered an xl garlic fingers, went and picked it up, discovered when I got home that it was an xl pizza. They exchanged it for me, but never offered me a discount or told me to keep the mistake pizza, they instead took it back. A pizza that was not near fresh and brought into someone's house, was returned to be given to someone else, anywhere else would at least offer a discount.
