Absolutely terrible. The worst customer service hands down. EVERY time I have gone there my order has been wrong, and the staff could be friendlier.

Servers were quick. Tea was good. Can't really screw up hot water and a tea bag though.

It is usually pretty fast during the day but during lunch rush and supper rush it gets pretty out of hand. The staff are friendly and talkative. All around it's a good Tim's. P.S their ice cappacino machine is usually broken, keep this in mind when ordering.
