Consistently given coffee instead of the tea ordered, and they simply refuse to toast bagels. Thier tea has tasted funny for a long time, I don't think they maintain their machines properly.

It's a pretty busy Tim's and the cashiers often seem to be off doing something else, but the food is always correct and of good quality.
